Refund and Returns

At PharmaWorld.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and pack all orders to ensure you receive genuine and high-quality products. However, if you face any issue, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is damaged, leaked, or broken at the time of delivery
  • The product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months remaining)

📌 Important:
Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or personal care products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Discounted or clearance items (if mentioned)

3. Return Request Timeframe

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted

To request a return, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear pictures/videos of the product
  • Reason for return

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email within 48 hours
  2. Our team will review your request
  3. If approved, we will guide you on the return process
  4. Product must be returned in original packaging, unused, and sealed

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Store credit
    • Or original payment method (where applicable)

📌 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or store credit only.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
